  • Characters, factions, rules, and items can be fully viewed, edited, and persisted with consistent source, manuscript location, and evidence boundaries.
  • When modifying an older installation exposes a volume-order conflict, startup creates a verifiable backup before a narrowly scoped idempotent repair.
  • Assistant failure messages are deduplicated, and saved whole-book outline candidates remain marked for confirmation and available to later context.
